From Seed to Vine: An Invitation to Grow Together

As I look back on my journey, I’m reminded of how God has been shaping me from the very beginning to this moment—From Seed to Vine. I started out searching for someone to disciple me, longing for guidance and deeper growth in my faith. Along the way, God gave me a vision of the beauty of intergenerational discipleship—of older and younger believers walking together, sharing wisdom, and growing side by side. This vision has ignited a passion in me to help create spaces where others can experience the same.

Come with me—let’s walk together in helping generations grow spiritually. This journey isn’t meant to be taken alone. God has designed discipleship to be life shared across generations, where wisdom is passed down, faith is built up, and relationships become the soil where growth takes root.

Earlier, I shared how God placed a tender compassion in my heart for the younger generation. I saw how deeply they longed for guidance, love, and encouragement. More than ever, they need the older generation to walk alongside them—not just to listen, but to gently guide them closer to God. My heart ached for them to encounter the hope of Jesus through authentic, intergenerational relationships that reflect His love and grace. That realization has reminded me of the unique compassion God has entrusted to me. But this isn’t just about my story—it’s about yours too. I wonder if God has brought to mind a compassion statement or impact statement for you. Who has He placed on your heart? Where is He nudging you to make a difference?

Now pause and imagine with me: What if we don’t act on those statements? What if we let them fade into the background of busy schedules and everyday life? The church would miss out on the vibrancy of believers living on mission. Entire generations might grow up without seeing faith modeled in real, relational ways.

But what if we do act? What if we step into those compassion statements with courage and obedience? The church could become a place where generations are knit together in love—where young and old walk side by side, and where discipleship is not just a program but a way of life. Through us, God could raise up a movement that builds His Kingdom—one conversation, one act of compassion, one disciple at a time.

Having heard my story, I invite you to prayerfully consider partnering with From Seed to Vine. Together, we can make an impact through intergenerational discipleship.

If you’re ready to take the next step, I encourage you to join a DMTT group. In this space, we’ll walk through training together, learning practical ways to disciple others. More than that, we’ll begin transforming the planted seed into a flourishing vine—rooted deeply in God, growing strong in community, and bearing fruit that lasts.

Let’s not simply talk about discipleship—let’s live it. Let’s go together, following Jesus as He leads us to invest in the next generation and be transformed ourselves in the process.
